Are y’all ready for this long awaited reveal?! Between flying full time as a flight attendant, navigating my own life and having to drive to my friends house to remodel this room, this took me forever! But it’s finally done! Are y’all ready??

Without further ado, here are all the great before and afters!! I painted the room Sage Green Light by SW, Novalee requested a dark green color. I built this loft bed from scratch and had help from my husband adding a ceiling treatment. We even changed out the ceiling fan for a fandelier so she won’t hit her head on the fan blades. She also has so much more storage now, look at all those drawers!
I also put shiplap paneling on the closet doors to make them look a little more fun and unique. I added new hardware and I painted them Alabaster by SW along with all the trim and doors in the room.
On the other side of the room I covered the water heater closet door with wood slats to hide the 5th door in her room and made over the built-ins in the nook to be more her style.
I didn’t stage her room at all, this is all her decor. I thought it best to reveal this space with her personality in it. I even created her a little hangout nook under her bed! So fun with the twinkly lights and pillows!
